Uneven leg assembly
I ordered two chairs. One of the chairs came with a manufacturer defect. The leg assembly is crooked, and the chair wobbles because it does not sit flat. Disappointing.

Very low durability
Just got these chairs and brought them to the beach this week. Discovered one of the chairs is defective and won’t lock into place in one of the recline positions. One of the backpack straps also starting ripping off after just a few days’ use.

great chair
This chair is very comfortable and easy to carry. I love all the pockets, especially the zippered one with the cup holder. If you travel light to the beach, you only need to pack stuff in your chair and you're good to go! Quality chair that will last a long time.

Comfy Chair, but the backpack strap broke quick
We used the chair 3 times; and the backpack strap broke. Other Tommy Bahama chairs, that we have had for years, still have not broken - so we know the quality is usually better

Not sure how this chair will hold up.
After using the chair for 4 days, there are some issues. The shoulder straps on the back are already coming off. I wasn't carrying anything in the back packet or cooler, I was just trying to use the shoulder straps to carry the chair. There is a support bar on the front support that is close to the bottom of the seat. When you try to lean back, you may hit the bar. Other Rio chairs didn't have this bar. I also don't know how the wood arm supports will hold up. They are already showing signs of weathering after short use.

Weak fabric and stitching construction
The chair looks lovely out of the box but I was immediately struck by how "minimalist" was the fabric and the stitching of the backpack straps. Sure enough the first time my girlfriend flung hers onto her back, the strap gave way, tore away from it's upper anchor point.

Poor Quality - Disappointed
Pretty disappointed as I was expecting a lot more from this chair. After 2 uses at the beach, the backpack straps have started ripping from the chair, the arm rest “locks” are slipping from their position and the chair is stitching starting to come undone.

Fabulous chair, but my straps were unraveling
GREAT looking chair, functional, light-weight, features are fabulous (pillow, side compartment for your personal items, attached koozie, cooler and storage compartment on the back of the chair are nice). My straps on the backpack started to ravel apart and I was worried after Day 2 at the beach they were completely going to fall apart. I contacted Customer Service after my trip and they assisted me in this situation and were very professional, kind & helpful.

Piece of junk
Cell phone pocket fabric ripped after first day on the beach with it. The towel rack bar does not stay pulled out. Very very cheaply made. I have also the plastic handles version from Costco and I find the quality to be much higher than this new design.

Poor Arm Lock Build Quality
Great for 30 minutes. After that, one of the chairs I ordered no longer will lock in place. The arm "safe adjust" grooves appear to be machined plastic and instantly lose their shape when used. I will be returning this item and opting for one built better. For reference, I'm about 160 lbs and very much not pushing the limits of the chair.
