This color goes with 90% of slacks or jeans. Feels like more of a sweater than sweatshirt...in other words, plenty dressy for work. Strongly recommend.

The only issue we found was with the heather grey and the black fit differently in the arms and body (although they were ordered in the same lot). Other than that, very happy with the fit, texture, style, and wearability.
