Spoke with customer service via email but no response when trying to obtain how much would be reimbursed since there was no indication of replacement. Had used out $50 card for purchase. Until now all his big and tall shirts were very comfortable!! So disappointed in lack of response regarding reimbursement and no indication they would replace. You only have big and tall on line!
