He loved this special edition emfielder so much that I bought the white one too. Unfortunately the white fabric is so thin it is completely see through. On the back you can actually see the Hawaiian print bleeding through. We're always pleased with the level of quality from Tommy Bahama but this time we were not impressed. Currently returning it. Still happy with the navy one though, so any color than white is recommended.

I washed it once and some of the spots disappeared by others remain, although somewhat faded out. Perhaps this shirt has a coating on it or something that activates the spots. I have lots of Tommy Bahama apparel, at this is the first time that I am disappointed.

I bought a dark color and I know from experience with Emfielder Polos to hang dry this one and not put it in the dryer. Overall a good shirt.
