It's called "Get-your-feet-off-me-as-they-are-cold-as-ice-itis." I'm telling you, you could feel your life force draining out of you the instant contact was initiated. The depths of hell couldn't thaw these things out. This was a nightly ritual that I was eager to end. So, while in the conundrum of deciding what she would like to have for Christmas, I came across these little piggie warmers. These were awesome stocking stuffers, and my wife was excited to receive them. They are incredibly soft, and as I watched her put them on, I was cautiously optimistic that maybe, just maybe, that night would be different. Come bedtime, I watched as my wife crawled into bed, still with her socks on. As I waited for the inevitable contact, I became more and more nervous. What if it didnt work? Would we need separate beds? Rooms? Houses? I was concerned to say the least. As I sat there clenched up waiting for first contact, I heard the telltale rustling of sheets that told me it was about to happen. I clenched my fists, gritted my teeth, annnnd........warmth! Blessed, welcoming, pigs in a blanket warmth! I hadn't slept that well in years! These socks saved my sanity, my sleeping habits, and quite possibly, my marriage. Run, don't walk, and get your wife some of those little cotton microwaves. You may even be able to get rid of a blanket or two.

I wear them with and without slippers, just love them. I bought two pair and wanted to buy several more , but it appears they are sold out. I even went to a Tommy Bahama store hoping to buy them there, but out of stock. Please bring them back. I think anyone would love them and they held up great to several washings!

I tried turning inside out and washed again, no luck. I also thought they were more of a "regular" sock to be worn with shoes but they are more of a lounge around the house sock which i did not need. Sorry!

I also followed the washing instructions and they left tons of silver threads all over all of my clothes. None of my other fuzzy socks have done that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hate Cold Feet from Tommy Bahama Island Soft Socks “Rock-Spot On” These Tommy Bahama socks are the most comfortable socks for ladies that I have found. I had recently bought a TB pair in a different color and when I put the socks on they were so soft and were not too tight around the calf and did I say “soft”. The socks also have small treads on the bottom of them, where if you’re like me, I feel free to go about the house and not worry about slipping on my tile floors while I go about my chores. I would highly recommend these socks to anyone looking for stylish and comfortably lush socks.
