Because of the elasticity in the waist, I had to o exchange for 35/30. I tried online but since there was a coupon involved, it wouldn’t go through. I then called customer service and they took care of me, the exchange was successful, I received my new pants, they sent me the prepaid shipping label for the original jeans, and the refund went through. Very easy.

Have been wearing the same size for over a decade so the loose fit was unexpected and required an exchange for a smaller size. Unfortunately the store doesn't carry 34 lengths so I had to do this online.

Is a house wine as good as a vintage Margaux? Does a Rambler run like a Maybach? Do you want your jeans to fit perfectly, feel wonderfully, get second glances and to wash up better than new? Of course you do…well, so do I. I went back to Tommy’s and once again got the best. I sincerely apologize for straying. I WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN! Sometimes cheap just won’t do it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MSold from Great Jean, poor fade Great jeans, very comfortable, fit great, and soft. I now have three pair: one medium wash, one green and one indigo dark blue. The only issue I have is with the medium wash/fad. After a wash or two yellow and light stains started to show in the tops of the legs. I wonder if its the "acid" wash. Its really too bad but now they are stay home work in the yard jeans. No other clothing item has shown this marking so it has to be the dye.
