Very Satisfied!
I have the Hester copper colored hat. I am between sizes so I went large and used sizing tape for a perfect fit. This is my second Bailey hat purchased from Tommy Bahama. Very satisfied.

The hat that does it all: farm to the beach
I picked up the Tommy Bahama hat recently, and it did not disappoint. The first thing you notice is the quality — it feels solid without being heavy, and the stitching is clean and durable. The material breathes well, which makes it perfect for hot days out on the farm or relaxing at the coast.
The fit is comfortable and secure; it doesn’t feel flimsy like cheaper hats that lose shape after a few wears. Style-wise, it nails that classic laid-back Tommy Bahama vibe — sharp enough to wear out to dinner, but rugged enough to handle a day outdoors.
Price-wise, it’s not the cheapest hat you’ll find, but you’re paying for craftsmanship, comfort, and longevity. In my opinion, it’s worth it.

Could not find a hat that fit.
Great looking hat!
I was at the store and they had a medium and an extra large. The medium was too small and the extra large was too big. The sales representative said they would order a large for me and have it shipped to my house.
On arrival, the large was too big, so I returned it to the store and got a refund. The three hats that I have from Tommy Bahama are all medium and they fit perfectly.
That’s the thing about buying a hat, I can’t buy it on line. They’re all different and need to be physically tried on in the store.
Too bad, I really liked the hat!

My go to travel hat.
[Employee of tommybahama] I purchased the hat in preparation for my first trip to Europe. I'm a cap guy but wanted a,hat that would not only protect my face but also my ears and neck. The Hester Hat was excellent and sprung right back after being packed. Bent down the front and looked bery suave lol.

XL was same size as Large
I tried on the hat in the store but the Large was too small, just barely. So the salesperson rightly said an XL should easily fit. But they didn’t have one. So they ordered it from one of the two stores in the country that had the XL. So it came from Las Vegas. I was excited to finally have a hat that fit so I looked forward to opening the box. When I tried it on it was EXACTLY the same size as the Large! I returned it at the store I had tried the Large at and compared the two. Same size. Really annoying. I wasted hours with what should have been an easy process. Disappointed in the heat maker and the store for having lesser quality products.

Damaged hat band, poor customer support.
Hat is lovely, but band on it arrived damaged. I sent an email asking for help & it replied back ti say I must cslk. I tried to call & was told 40 minute wait to speak with someone. I work & can not spend this much time to resolve a quality problem. Never will order online from you guys again.

Disappointed in Quality
I love Tommy Bahama’s product, but this was disappointing. We travelled to Italy in June for a two week stay, and after my first day on the walkways of Rome I noticed the blue die from the band was streaking and coming off, not a little mind you, but enough not wear the hat.
It looks rag tag and not refined.
