Is this a quality control problem?
I am a fan of TB clothes and have bought literally thousands of dollars worth of this brand, but very few pants. I was lookin forward to this one, which I bought in the Stone color. Never have I felt so deceived. When the pants arrived, I noticed that the material was quite thin. Then the instructions tell you that you need to wash them first in cold water and tumble dry before first wearing them. I don't know why. It even says "Do not dry clean." I can't understand this because the material is mostly silk. So that is exactly what I did. The result was a wrinkled mess! This material should not have wrinkled this badly. They looked unbelievably cheap, but the cost is very expensive. There is no excuse to sell poor quality fabric like this for the TB brand. When I complained to customer service and told them what happened, the allowed me to send them back for a full refund, which was nice. But I am still searching for casual looking pants like these, but that you can launder or dry clean and not have it turn out almost like a rag. Only one other review mentions this, so perhaps it is a quality control problem? I won't take another chance and order another one. I am sticking to TB shirts from now on.

Herringbone?
Not what I expected. The herringbone pattern is very faint. At first I thought I ordered the wrong pants. I wanted something more dressy to wear with a blazer. These were not what I wanted.

Great Pants After Taloring
My only complaint is the selection of the pant length. As I get older, I seem to have gotten shorter, forcing me to have pants tailored to my current leg length. Other companies offer shorter lengths and a few offer to hem to a requested length.

Excellent trousers to step up your look!
First, be aware that these trousers run a bit large in the waist so consider ordering inch smaller than your other trousers.
The silk has a wonderful feel, is lightweight and cool, yet works well into the autumn. Perfect for church, a cocktail party or dinner. While not formal, they are infinitely more upscale than jeans or khakis.
I now have six pair (in four colors) and will definitely order more if other colors are offered.

Excellent elegant casual pants.
Great pants. Fabric is really nice, soft, smooth, light. Perfect for business casual or elegant casual dinner or even with a tie and sport coat for something more fancy. Great for warm weather. I bought these specifically for a trip to Cabo at a high end resort to wear for dinners. Only issue I found was that they seemed to be extra long. All the pants I've word for the past two decades have been a length of 32". For these I had to get a length of 30" and even then they hit a bit lower than all my other pants. I liked them so much, I ended up buying two in two colors. I really like the herringbone pattern. Its subtle, but gives it a nice sophisticated texture that separates it from just any old typical pants.

Inseam Problem
First of all, these pants are very nice and the fabric is outstanding. They are light weight and good for summer wear, especially in the Southwest. Unfortunately I have problem with the inseam. The extra fabric seam in the crotch makes it very uncomfortable. These are unlike my previous pair, so the design must have changed. I tried ordering another pair with the same result. I'm attaching a picture of the large inseam material. Hopefully TB will make adjustments to improve the comfortable.

Beautiful pants, but check your seams! My husband had to wear these for our destination wedding with a hole in the crotch! We didn’t notice it until we were already in Jamaica.

Perfection!!
Beautiful fabric, nice cut. Bought these for my fiancé to wear at our beach wedding and he's not a dressy kind of guy but he loves how these feel and look. We even bought a second pair just in case! Our two grown sons will also be wearing.

Spring Special Occasion Required
Comfortable wearing with elegant styling - perfect for pairing with a jacket for a semi-formal occasion and going out to dinner. The color or these herringbone pants is nice with a black or blue blazer and lemon colored shirt. Will get a lot of use.

BEST SILK TROUSER I EVER OWNED
Top quality silk pant soft to the skin with a perfect drape and no wrinkles. Hand wash is great, no cleaning bill. Perfect for the warm weather, dress or casual. Women love the look of them. Details and colors are outstanding. I purchased one of each color for my Summer, you may want to do the same. I always am happy with my Tommy clothes. Been buying for 25 years, starting on vacation in Waikiki Beach. You will love them and your wife/girlfriend will too.
