I've been a long time Maui Jim wearer. I bought my first pair of Frigates in Maui a number of years ago ( dark lenses) and liked them so much that I wanted a second pair in the HCL. So now these 2 pair are my go to Maui Jims.

Lucky That I Noticed Before It Was Too Late!
My most favorite sunglasses ever, have in multiple different lens colors - I just noticed last week that these were being discontinued, so just ordered the last 2 styles that are currently available as of September 9th, 2020 (HCL and HT).
The only reason why I noticed that these were being discontinued: Is I check the site from time to time to see if there are any new Mymaui options for this style, and noticed that the MyMaui option was gone, as well as the normal Grey lens, so I make a inquiry about it (Didn't notice the previous review saying so at the time) Glad I ordered my current Mymauis when I did. I always thought these were a popular style, and it has been around a long time. Like a previous reviewer said: Please bring them back someday. Hey, should we start a petition? Haha

Great product. BRING IT BACK
I love these glasses, but like all of their good ones, they are being discontinued. Perfect fit, light weight and have actual hinges frames. Not the uncomfortable wrap around like most are now.

Amazing lens technology
I just received my sunglasses a few day’s ago. I’m currently in quarantine so I can’t go out much but I’ve tested them outside in this blistering Caribbean sunshine. I am blown away by these blue lens. Now because of the price I spent about a month reading up all the different color lens and chose the blue 1) because I think it just looks cool and 2) because of the advantages I read. I have no regrets about my choice. I am absolutely amazed by this lens technology that they have created. This is far from the old days of just adding some tint. I have serious sensitivity to glare. As in I remember being poolside at a hotel once and being really embarrassed because my uncle said “hey look who it is” and me asking who it was because I couldn’t even open my eyes to see who was 10 feet in front of me, and it was my Dad’s boss. This lens is removing all that shine that blinds me. And yet it is keeping things so bright and colorful unlike those dark lens. I had another Maui Jim with the grey lens that was good but made things a bit too dark for my liking. If I stepped into the shade it was a blackout and I could not see. This blue lens does not darken things yet there is no squinting. Everything is crystal clear. It’s almost like the lens is searching out the excessively bright spots and dimming them and leaving everything else normal. I don’t know how they’ve done it but it’s amazing. No more having to remove them as soon as I step into the shade. And the frame is so lightweight that I can forget that I have them on. No weight on my face. And this folding case it pretty darned nifty. Just fold it up and put it in my pocket while I have them on. No bulk. I saw some reviews about low quality case, low quality frames. Obviously the case isn’t made to throw in a suitcase with other luggage. Neither are the glasses. They aren’t exactly heavy duty. However for what they’re designed for, I’d say they are worth it. If you’re looking for heavy duty glasses that are made for ducking and rolling in sports and take falls and hits or a case that can survive being crushed in your duffel bag that you can drop anywhere, then choose something else. Otherwise, these are great!
