This is lined and heavy material, so too thick/heavy to use as a pool cover up. I'm a 14-16 and the XL fit, but snug, couldn't get it over a swimsuit If I wanted. I do love it as a dress, it flows, it's flirty, it looks great. However, I live in Arizona - I would die in this heavy material. At best, it could be cute for spring in Hawaii or the island, but definitely not summer. Plus the heavy weight of it will add bulk to my carry on. Will be returning.

With the double lining it’s a bit heavy (the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5), but I can’t wait to wear it! It’s runs a bit large, so order down a size from your usual TB . For reference I’m 5’2”; 125 lbs and I ordered a small. It’s a great length for this short girl
