There was no hem, just cut fabric. I feel for the cost, the dress wasn’t worth it. I love the style, but, not the product. I’ll be returning it.

Wear it over a swimsuit, or out to dinner with a cute pair of sandals. Definitely bringing this to Hawaii with me in April. Love it! I normally wear so S, but ordered XS and it’s perfect.

I like that the design is not tropical so it will fit in in other locations than beach locations. I also like the new cap sleeves. Adds some flair to the dress and hides the top of my shoulders. You can count on TB to create new swim dresses with the same material as prior dresses so you know what your size is! I purchased the light blue. I am 5'6" 135 lbs, 36C, and the medium fits me perfectly. There is room in the dress so it is not snug around your belly area and pockets too. If luck is on our side and we can get into Hawaii, I will be able to wear this in February.

I love the top, such a cute cut. Very frilly. I love everything about this dress, including the striped pattern. I bought the blue striped, and I want to get another one! OMG! This is a must have for any island life/beach wear wardrobe!! Way too cute to pass up! And btw it looks way cuter than it does in the picture!!
