After about the second wash per the directions the material began fading in various spots. My other pair in another color does not fade at all. The material feels heavenly. Soft yet drips of quality. Have these shorts in every color and two pairs in the white. Hope TB never stops making Boardwalk shorts and decides to make them in my favorite color midnight navy.

I prefer the shorter because, at 5 ft 4 inches, the new ones hit just below the knee. I would still give them five stars because of the comfort and great coverage. It’s really nice when you aren’t sure how the weather is going to turn….they aren’t so long you will be hot and not so short that you will get cold!! Pretty perfect I would say.
