Love them, but
We had a similar issue as the last reviewing. My husband got his back from the dry cleaner and they had one faded spot. It is very odd and now he can't wear them out.

All day comfort but....
Boracay 5-Pocket Jeans a few months back and just recently wore them for the first time. Not food and wash friendly. I loved these jeans but now I can only wear this at home.

Love them, but not wash friendly!
Love the fir and style of these jeans and have them in every color, but they are not very durable. I got food on the blue ones and tried to rub it off only to find out it rubbed off the dye and left a big light spot. Not able to wear any longer so I had to buy another pair. Not wash friendly!

Best 5 pocket on the market!
Have several colors of Boracay jeans. They fit great and are super comfortable. Just the right amount of stretch. The colors work good with my polo and button up shirts. They age well also.

Love the fit, however I purchased a light gray pair prior to this pair, and the rear pocket is tearing at the top where I carry my cell phone. I would have expected better reinforcement.

Comfortable, good fit with soft feel. Need to be careful washing/ironing. We've never had a problem with home washing or using our local cleaners, however I washed a pair in a hotel in Europe and the instructions were not followed. Bleach-like areas appeared. My cleaner guy thinks the hotel ironed the pants and that caused the damage. I bought a replacement pair and that's the purchase I'm reviewing.
Also own three other of the same pants, but in different colors. Thinking of buying the 5th available color if it becomes available in my size.

Second Time Purchasing These Pants
After years of enjoyable wear, I finally wore out my first pair of these pants. I replaced them with the exact same pants in the same color because I liked them SO much. Fit me comfortably, not too tight in the legs while still having a slim silhouette. I am an older guy and in my business it is important to look fashionable while not pretending to look like a teenager. These pants work great in that respect.

I bought two pairs of the Boracay 5-Pocket Jeans a few months back and just recently wore them for the first time heading into summer. Like many of the other reviews, after the first wash.....the pants came out of the wash with awful white stains going down the legs. They are basically unwearable.
I love Tommy Bahama and will continue to be a customer.

Pants have white stains (streaks) after washing
I noticed streaks on the pants after washing (new). Now, I see other reviews and comments that this is a known defect. Why are these pants beign sold with a known defect? I really like the pants and would have purchased the green (Tea Leaf) before this issue.

White streaks after only one wash
Received the grey Boracay 5 pocket jeans as a gift a year ago, but then in the closet, and forgot about them. Broke them out for the first time last weekend. Love the fit and wearability of these pants. Unfortunately, following the first wash and following the label directions, the color faded tremendously and there are white streaks all over the jeans. The pants are effectively ruined after only one wash. Not a good look for a $138 pair of pants. I own several items of TB clothing and this is the first time something like this has happened. Not sure I would recommend based on this experience.

White streaks after washing!
Same issue at my end. I have a pair of Tea leaf jeans they got have white streaks after washing? The previous rewiews discuss this same issue. The jeans fit great and I like them. I wonder why has Tommy Bahama has not addressed online here to explain this issue and why it happens! This is disturbing that this happens. I'm a loyal Tommy Bahama shopper and hope they will respond to why this is happening!

Like others have stated, the pants have white streaks after washing them one time that do not go away after further washing them. It is dissapointing since they feel great and looked good the first time I wore them.
