Brilliant cargo pocket design!
Love these shorts...all colors! The cargo pocket WITHOUT flaps is the best innovation ever, made even better by putting them on BOTH legs. For those of us who use those pockets for cell phones as well as drive a car (in the US), putting that pocket on the left side makes the phone infinitely more accessible to the driver. There are a few copycats out there but they provide only a single pocket and put it on the right leg...impossible to reach in a car with a console.
Add to that key factor, the great construction and "true to size" fit and you've really created a winner!! Well done, Tommy Bahama!!

do not use dryer
wash cold, do not put in dryer. Hang dry as the shorts will shrink in the dryer. Color change is a bit much for my taste.

Boracay 10-Inch Cargo Shorts
This is the third pair of cargo shorts I have purchased from TB's and they are by far the nicest most comfortable shorts I have ever owned. Just the texture of the material is soft to the touch and the new design with an extra leg pocket is perfect.

Sizing/fit issue with Baja Shark
I purchased a pair of size 36 Khaki Boracay 10-inch Cargo shorts while vacationing in Honolulu in January and the sizing/fit is perfect, just like the other dozens of pairs of Boracay 10- and 12-inch Boracay Chino shorts I purchased in the past and wear almost exclusively. However, I purchased the same size (36) Boracay 10-inch Cargo short in the Bala Shark color in March and I guess I never tried them on until a few days ago and discovered they are at least one size too large in the waist compared to the Khaki pair I purchased a few months earlier. I just processed a return and, while I'm in the 90 day return window, I don't have the original plastic packaging and hopefully TB will accept my return. I did place another order using for same short/color in size 35 using a $50 reward I recently received. Other than the sizing/fit issue of this short in this particular color, the Boracay Cargo 10-inch short is another quality and stylish TB product with a nice selection of colors and a welcomed new addition to TB's Boracay line of products.

Best, most practical shorts ever!
Incredible fit, incredible comfort and the cargo pockets WITHOUT flaps or zippers are the best idea on record and I've word Tommy B ever since the only store was on Oahu! If you avoid the dryer, the hems never pucker! How about a pastel yellow?

this is my third pair of these shorts the quality and workmanship are first rate. the material is rugged yet is very fashionable. my wife told me to take a chance color wise so i went with orange. they look good even on me.

Most comfortable shorts ever.
It started with the Boracay pants. The stretch material allowed the pants to stretch in all the right places. So, I bought another pair in a different color. Being they are the most comfortable pants I own, I tried them as shorts. Again, great fit and stretch, so I bought them in another color. No question they are the most comfortable I’ve ever had, and the color selection is impressive

I have count 8 to 10 pairs of the boracay shorts, in a couple different styles.
Mostly they are comfortable, and I like the array of colors they come in.
My knock on the product has to do with the blend of materials, it seem especially the certain dyes. In my case the natural color/white in two different style would bunch up or warp and ironing would not smooth out the problem. I have thrown two pairs away because they were no longer wearable. They were not even 6 months to a year old, and worn maybe 6 or 7 time apiece. For the price I paid this is ridiculous.

Classic but the Leg Opening "puckers" over time
My husband owns several pairs of these shorts and loves them! However, we've noticed over time the leg opening hem begins to "pucker" over time and is impossible to iron flat as the fabric is almost like an elastic band at the hem/leg opening. We wash in cold water and dry on low and regardless the leg openings look puckered, gathered and wrinkled and impossible to iron or steam flat. My husband is embarrassed to wear them - shorts that cost $100 a pair should not do this. Very disappointed.

Disappointed over time
First and foremost, I love these shorts. I live in the northeast, and even in winter if I’m indoors I live in shorts. These are so comfortable, I don’t need another short ever. But…I have 8 of these, all purchased in the last year or so. To date, three pairs have had buttons pop off and I’ve had to re-sew, which is fine, since they can still be worn. Today, though, i zipped up a pair and the metal piece that holds the zipper pull on just broke off, so now I have a worthless pair of shorts. Completely okay for a department store budget pair of shorts, but at $100 bucks a pop this just shouldn’t be. These are awesome in terms of comfort, style, and, for a middle-aged guy, an appropriate mature option over typical cargo shorts, but as a premium product they just need to hold up.
