Great quality, but came with a used musty smoke smell
I really like this sweatshirt. It's great quality and the ability to flip it for a different color is a plus. The only downside is that when it came, it had a used, musty smoke smell that other items I ordered around the same time did not have. The smell washed out and was fine after being washed, but was not a smell I expected from a new purchase.

Good look, good fit, good service.
Great top that's casual but not sloppy. TB tall sizes are cut for a good, athletic fit that's popular w/ multiple family members. Also, the customer service folks were very helpful when I misplaced a discount card I'd received from a Christmas purchase.

Great pullover, my new favorite
I acquired this pullover late in the year, taking advantage of a coupon. The fit is great, and true to size for the most part. Fabric is soft! The only complaint I have is the zipper pull is a little heavy and to be quite honest while wearing it this weekend the zipper actually unzipped gradually.
I do have one issue that has nothing to do with the product though. In todays online world, getting the product to the consumer in a timely manner contributes to consumer loyalty and satisfaction. TB's free shipping option is terrible with a 10 weekday delay from order to delivery.

Affected by change in size
Ordered an XLT because of change in size. Was too large - bottom came down to my groin. Sent back and ordered a LT which was too tight across the chest and abdomen. I have at least a half a dozen of these sweatshirts in various models from TB and they are LT's and they all fit perfectly. Very disappointed as I really like these sweatshirts and would rate them 5 stars

Beautiful sweatshirt that looks like a sweater. I thought I would buy it in at least 3 colors. But it runs small and I don't know if it will fit after washing. Bottom line, buy one size up.

Purchase as a gift for my 6-5 son. He put this on and and loves the fit, color, and option to reverse the color. Good product to travel with since it is 2 tops with space for one sweater.

Love it!
The reversible half-zip sweatshirt is my cold-weather go-to. I work in a brick building built more than a century ago without insulation. So it's cold and I have to layer to get through winter. My closet is full of these sweatshirts in all colors (and the reversible gives me more choices). It's comfy, warm, roomy enough to layering and the colors are awesome. Nice for casual wear with jeans, great for dressier days. Always gets a ton of compliments!
