I called Customer Service, and interestingly, they did not know other than to say, "follow the tag." I bought the shirt because it was washable. Now it is not.

I have been shopping on-line with TB for 10 years and in-store for almost another 10 years and never before had a problem with the fit of their clothes. I am a big guy (6'1", 270 lbs.) and have taken a size 3XLT for the last decade. But this time around, the 3XLT, blue, Coastal Breeze Check BT shirt that came felt about two sizes too small. I have returned the shirt and ordered a replacement in size 4XLT (but it had to be a different style of shirt, since there were no 4XLT Coastal Breeze Check BT shirts available). So very disappointed in the initial experience. However, to Tommy Bahamas' credit, they did take the shirt back and provided me the new, 4XLT shirt with the same discount as I had received (using a promo code) on the first shirt. Also, their Customer Service rep. was friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating in resolving the initial problem.
