Rated 4 out of 5 by RTTB from Great Features in One Shirt Web description is accurate. The excellent range of sizes allows me to select the perfect fit. When wearing, the fabric feels light and airy, with a good stretch. A close look reveals a gauze like weave that allows a nice breeze through the material. Comes out of the dryer with minimal wrinkles and ready to wear. For a dress look, an iron on lowest setting worked well. Hidden buttons on the collar and overall appearance give the shirt a finished look. J&M and A&F offer similar shirts at a better value with J&M XC Flex offering more color options and A&F at least 50% less $$$ with a more casual appearance and limited size/color options.

Every review is spot on, the shirt is comfortable, dressy enough to wear wit sports coat and looks crisp w/ no dry cleaning- but, the last 2 I purchased that were same size as previousl 3 came with sleeves 2" longer. How can same size shirt and color be cut differently in sleeves. Unfortunately, the last 2 are unwearable and collecting dust in closet. I washed them when I received assuming the same size would fit like the others. Unfortunately, this has been a trend as long-time TB customer. Sizing descripencies year over year have me searching for a new go to brand. Too expensive to take a risk

Perfect top for business casual attire, but easily add a tie with the hidden button down collar to kick it up a notch. Wear by itself or with a sport coat, great fit, you can’t go wrong either way.

My only (minor) criticisms are the unnecessary ‘Island Zone’ branding on the shirt (there’s already the Tommy Bahama logo, why another? Seems superfluous) and not enough colors. Otherwise, it’s close to the perfect shirt.
