The shirt is the perfect weight - a linen blend so it doesn't wrinkle as bad as the 100% linen shirts. Also laundered perfectly! I washed it gentle cycle cold and then just dried it on low for 5-10 minutes to warm some of the wrinkles out of it. Hung dry the remainder and then tumbled it to soften to complete. It looks so handsome on my husband - beautiful shade of blue. Would highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Eric Axel Jensen from Summer Versatility I selected the Barbados Breeze shirt for several reasons. The particular blend of blue and white gave it a refreshing summer feel. Summer clothes requires a lot of thought, Most summer shirts are short sleeve. I selected this shirt because its design and color are fresh but still has an elegant quality. This means I can wear it out at night with a coat and and still be able to remove the coat and not "down-dress" because of the casual yet formal appearance. At the same time because of the finishing extras on the collar and sleeves I am able to wear it at dressy yet not casual occasions. It is versatile in these ways. The fabric weight also is a factor. It feels good to wear. The pattern complements the increased weight yet it still qualifies as a summer shirt. All this means it is very versatile. I will be taking it along on two cruises as its versatility on these evenings will give me many options of wear without having to pack too many other shirts.
