TommyBahama.com orders are shipped from Seattle, WA via FedEx (US) or Purolator (Canada) with the following options and rates:

Shipping Options

FedEx SmartPost Ground Shipping - $5

All in-stock items, once shipped, are delivered within 10 business days. FedEx SmartPost combines the efficiency of FedEx with the convenience of USPS. FedEx picks up your package at our fulfillment center and delivers it to your local post office for final delivery to your mailbox or door by USPS. Please verify your shipping address carefully! Once your order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed or updated. Not available for oversized items or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

FedEx Ground Shipping - $8

All in-stock items, once shipped, are delivered within 7 business days, even if ordered on Saturday or Sunday.

FedEx 3-Day Shipping - $12

Orders will ship the next business day with delivery 3 business days later.

FedEx 2-Day Shipping - $16

Orders will ship the next business day with delivery 2 business days later.

FedEx Next Day - $20

Orders will ship the next business day and be delivered by 8:00pm the following business day (weekdays only, national holidays excluded).

FedEx Priority Next Day - $25

Orders will ship the next business day and be delivered by 10:30am the following business day (weekdays only, national holidays excluded).

FedEx Next Day Saturday - $35

Orders placed by 10am PT Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Call 1-800-GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) to see if Saturday delivery is available for your ZIP code.

APO/FPO Delivery - $15

Orders will ship the next business day and be delivered within 10 business days.

Purolator Ground - $12 CAD

Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be delivered within 5-8 business days.

Purolator Express - $16 CAD

Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

Taxes will be determined in checkout. Due to certain regulations, not all products are available to ship to Canada. Refer to individual products for restrictions.

We offer shipping to our international destinations via DHL Express or DHL Economy, Aramex or Yamato TA-Q-BIN for select locations. Pricing will be provided at check-out in your selected currency.

  1. Do you ship to PO Boxes and U.S. territories?

    We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or US territories.

  2. What days do you ship?

    We ship business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day`.

  3. If I place my order on the weekend, when will my order be delivered?

    In-stock items will ship the following business day with delivery determined by the routing you have selected. For example, FedEx 3-day Shipping would deliver 3 business days after shipment, while FedEx Next Day would deliver one business day after shipment. Orders shipping to Canada via Purolator Ground would deliver 5-8 business days after shipment, while orders shipping via Purolator Express would deliver 2-4 business days after shipment.

  4. Will my order arrive in separate boxes?

    We ship business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day`.

  5. What if I need to return my order?

    Returns are always free with our pre-paid shipping label. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Worn and washed product may be returned if damage is due to manufacture defect. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. Returns after 90 days of purchase will be reviewed and may be subject to a reduced refund.

    We partnered with world-wide shipping specialist Borderfree to make international shipping easy as possible. Product prices are presented in the currency of your choice with all taxes, shipping costs and duties totaled at the time of your order. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Aramex or Yamato TA-Q-BIN for select locations. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  3. What payment methods does Borderfree support?

    Available payment methods vary by currency; please review our International Shipping page.

  4. What is the return/exchange policy for international orders?

    All international orders must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Tommy Bahama Guest Services. Returns cannot be accepted in any of our retail stores. Returns will be credited by Borderfree in the original currency used for purchase and include duty, tax and tariffs. Shipping charges are not refundable. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
