9939 Universal Blvd / 866.996.9933 / shinglecreekgolf.com Shingle Creek Golf Club is home to our annual Caribbean Classic Charity Golf Tournament and has consistently been rated as one of Orlando's best golf courses since opening in 2003. Some of the earliest Central Florida settlers were attracted to the area because of wildlife, fishing, cypress trees and, of course, the creek. The course is known for its large, undulating greens, plush fairways and an abundance of water hazards.

Chef Todd began his career as a chef in 2000 and joined Tommy Bahama three years later. He draws inspiration from the great meals his mother cooked when he was young. They'd fill his household with family and friends. Chef Todd's specialty is Italian cuisine. He uses plenty of garlic and believes that simple is better, so as not to mask the wonderful flavors of Italian food.
