Chef Jay Potterfield joined Tommy Bahama in 2008, having previously worked in South Carolina as Executive Chef for the House of Blues (Myrtle Beach), Wachesaw Plantation (Murrells Inlet), TPC Myrtle Beach PGA Tour and Litchfield Country Club. He graduated with a Culinary Certificate from Johnson and Wales in Charleston, SC in 1997.
