Orders to Canada via Purolator Ground will ship within 2 business days for delivery 5-7 business days after shipment, while orders via Purolator Express will ship within 2 business days for delivery 1-3 business days after shipment.
Returns are always free with our pre-paid shipping label. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Worn and washed product may be returned if damage is due to manufacture defect. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. Returns after 90 days of purchase will be reviewed and may be subject to a reduced refund.

All international orders must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Tommy Bahama Guest Services. Returns cannot be accepted in any of our retail stores. Returns will be credited by Borderfree in the original currency used for purchase and include duty, tax and tariffs. Shipping charges are not refundable. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
