Problem with linen in toe area -rubbing away. I love these sandals! The style is just perfect! The problem is: the leather insole doesn't run/continue the whole length of the sandal. It stops at the toe area where linen cloth is applied. The friction of the toe gripping to keep the sandal on wears away the linen. If the sandal had the leather insert running the length of the sandal, the problem wouldn't exist. The construction of the sandal is flawed and creates discomfort in the toe area and results with the linen tearing. June 4, 2013
