TB never disappoints Bought this dress among many other things recently. Come to think of it, I have bought almost everything in the line so far. This dress just like everything else makes me smile. It has many options. Black accessories, royal blue or basic white. Add summer heels or gladiator gold (or silver) flats. The empire waist is really the perfect silhouette for any woman. It emphasizes the smallest part of a woman and flows away from things you want hidden. The v-neck is the most flattering for small busted women. The floral just makes you happy to be wearing it.
