Super light and sturdy I ordered this tote bag to take on a flight from VA Beach to Cabo, MX. We just got home and it was the perfect size for stuffing under the seat on the plane. I filled it with my jacket, book, snacks and it was still lightweight enough to carry through the long lines at customs. Best of all... I got lots of compliments from women AND men! Great Bag for Impromptu Purchases! I bought this bag to pack in our luggage. You never know when you'll need a sturdy bag while traveling. We were in Kauai recently and we used this bag when we shopped the local farmer's market one day and the next day we used this bag to tote stuff to the beach! We plan to use it when we go on our cruise later this year. This bag is durable, stylish and it holds a lot of stuff. Poorly Designed, perhaps? After only 5 visits to the club/pool with this bag, the burlap tore around the grommets. I exchanged the first one and tried again, only to have the same thing happen. Because it was only $12.00, it's not even worth the hassle of returning the second one. I love the bag, so it was disappointing. It's a small bag so it was not that I had anything heavy in there. A magazine and some sun screen along with a sunglass case. The towel wasn't even in it. :( March 11, 2013
