THINGS WE LOVE IN TOKYO
TOKYO CITY VIEW at Roppongi Hills
Enjoy a night view of Tokyo from the 52nd floor of the Mori Tower at Roppongi Hills. One of the city's best viewing spots, it's 250 meters above sea level and offers an unobstructed view that you'll never tire of. For a special treat, view the Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree or Odaiba area at twilight.
World Trade Center Building, observation deck
At 152 meters from the ground, the 40th floor provides panoramic views of the city and ocean. On a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji!.
Tokyo Water Buses and Cruising Boats
Great for getting around or simply sightseeing, these alternatives to the city's subways and trains offer beautiful views of Tokyo Bay, Sumida River and surrounding areas.
Edo Castle (Edo-jo) was the home castle of the line of Tokugawa shoguns who ran the Edo government which ruled Japan for roughly 260 years (from the beginning of the 17th century until 1867). Part of the castle is open to the public.

Chef Yoshihiro Kuroda
Chef Kuroda joined Tommy Bahama in 2013 after working for the Prince Hotel and spending time in France to gain experience in the culinary arts. He graduated from the Attori Culinary School. Chef Kuroda draws his inspiration from famed Imperial Hotel Chef Nobuo Murakami, a pioneer of French and other Western cuisine in Japan. Chef Kuroda's signature dish, Sea Bass in Puff Pastry with Choron Sauce is an example of this blend of cuisines.
