The Best I've ever worn I'm a 35 waist & I've always had to settle for even sizes since that's the way most jeans are sold. Not Tommy Bahama. You not only offer 35 waist but you can order the length of the jean that fits you. Therefore, no alterations are needed. In addition to perfect sizing, the quality of the jeans are 2nd to none. They are extremely soft & they feel like you've worn them for years. You never have to break in the jeans. They are a must in everyones wardrobe. April 8, 2013
Excellent product and people The Tommy Bahama line is superb and the jeans I ordered were true to the tradition. What impressed me even more is the customer service I received. My address is somewhat rural and the automated systems had trouble locating it so my order could not be made on line... I simply called the customer service number listed on the web page and they took ownership of my problem, apologized for the inconvenience and expedited the order. I even had follow-up to make sure everything was all right. The combination of product and people will keep me coming back. March 22, 2013
Length is all over the place I ordered 4 pairs of TB Jeans and the length varied from what it should have been by 1/2 inch to long to 1.5 inches to long. I never did find a pair that fit. I needed 31's so I always order 32s. The 32 arrived 33.5 and 33. Sent back and figured if the 32/s ran and inch or so too long the 30s would work out fine. Wrong, they both came in 30.5 which is too short and there is nothing worse than jeans that are to short especially if you are paying close to $100 for them. TB customer service acknowledged they are getting a lot of complaints about size inconsistencies. While these jeans fit nicely other wise and are one of the few jeans with a regular rise you are going to have to go to a store and try a bunch of them on to hopefully find a pair that might fit. My absolute favorite jeans I've been wearing TB jeans for almost as long as TB has been in existance. I have done so because the fit and quality are far superior than most jeans that are much higher priced. The only qualm I have is that since TB went under new ownership some subtle yet noticeable things have changed, assumedly to reduce cost. In particular, the zipper on the classic jean was shortened, making it far less comfortable to, uh, maneuver. Please change it back and find some other way to reduce your cost. Maybe even reduce the retail price accordingly! What a concept. February 11, 2013
Great looking jeans Ordered this for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately the first pair were mismarked and had to be returned. Replaced with one size smaller, which was too small, returned for the original sizing and they are perfect. With all the confusion, your customer service personnel were wonderful to deal with, and once the correct size was received, husband was very, very happy. He is completely comfortable with your clothing and you make my guys (also purchased items for our son and nephew) look awesome! February 8, 2013
