Fits great and really comfortable. I'm used to the TB shirts running a little big, so I originally purchased a Small, which ended up being too small. The exchange was relatively painless; I just had to wait for them to ship me a Medium. The sleeves are also a bit more snug than some of the other TB tees I've worn, but still very comfortable.
