Size not consistant
I purchased three pair of of the New Largo Gargo Shorts. The tan and blue fit fine but the green pair was smaller in the waist and inseam. Why? It really bothers me that you cannot count on sizing to be consistant. It's bad enough when fit varies across styles but in the same style? When some company gets it right they will be my choice.

our son likes them very much due to the way they last after several waqshings and wear
the clothing we buy is verydurable and stands up to repeated cleaning without fraying or color loss like cheaper shorts. With the draw string feature they fit well and are more comfrotable.

Sometimes, change is bad
I'm glad to see that others are confirming what I have long thought--that the re-designed and improved Largo short is worse than its predecessor. I LOVE my original -- read: old -- Largo shorts; they are very soft and comfortable, seem to hang more naturally on me. This newly-reformulated version is stiffer and the cut is definitely different--they aren't as comfortable, they don't hang the same way, and presumably have only gone up in price since the last version, although they seem cheaper from a feel perspective. Sadly, I won't be ordering any more of these--and I was a good customer!

Not worth the money
My husband usually loves the fit and comfort of Tommy Bahama shorts. Since we live in South Florida, it's nice to have a short that is casual, but not sloppy looking and easy to dress up. These shorts though, were a disappointment. They are baggy and made of the same basic material you'd get from a pair of shorts from the Gap....at half the price. Save your $80 bucks.
