Cheap Buttons Have had the same problem as the other reviewer -- buttons break or chip with every professional cleaning! Not up to usual TB quality standards. I think TB should replace this shirt without question. March 24, 2013
Bad Buttons, Cheap Thread As a true fan of TB, I was very disappointed in the quality of this shirt. After two professional launderings, I found the thread in the sleves unraveling and most of the buttons were disintigrating and breaking in half(except the metal ones and the paint was coming off of them). I know that the cleaners I use was not responsible because, outside of this shirt, I have had all of my TB shirts laundered there with no bad results thus giving the shirt in question the appearance of being inferior to the normal TB standards. At present, I am hoping to resolve this issue with Tommy Bahama. Please TB, don't sacrafice your quality. There are competitors out there with equal quality and priced merchandise. For the price, there is discount store apparel I wear around the house that has shown less wear over much longer periods of time. March 8, 2013
