excellent customer service I purchased this sweater to wear for a family function. For 360 dollars for anything Tommy Bahama I expexted to be blown away. Unfortunately I was not. The sweater seemed cheap and thin. I understand its cashmere. Secondly you would think Tommy Bahama would sell you a 360 dollar sweater in something more than a plastic bag.
