As long as the bow stays tied, they're great. The bow on one shoe came untied on my first wearing. You would think, "just tie it tighter", but no, you can't tie as nromal and there's no way to tighten it by the way they made it. I had to return and re-order another pair. April 30, 2013

Perfect Loafer You can buy the same old topsider loafer, as I used to for years, or you can get the same style, ease, and use without sacrificing that comfort that we always have in the past. I purchased this shoe in brown, and then the canvas "cousin" just a week later. I was pleasantly surprised with the makeup of the shoe, and just how comfortable it was. They go with jeans and chinos, as well as dress slacks. Socks are optional!! It is an upgrade from the firm, luggish, mess that were loafers put out by other brands for 50 years. Yes, you are putting a little more money into the purchase, but when you see the quality and craftsmanship of the shoe, compare it to another loafer you own, and you will see that the extra money is well worth it. I used to have to purchase Sperry's about every 4 months. I have already had these that long, and they still look virtually brand new. Trust me. :) April 8, 2013
