Great Customer Service
I just recently had a small problem with one of the 5 pairs of jeans I have purchased at the University Village store in Seattle. They were replaced immediately even though I purchased them 6 months ago. They really stand by their product and the jeans last a really long time before wearing out. Thanks! Please don't stop making this style!!

Excellent fit/softness/looks for an older fellow that requires a longer rise
I tried on 10 pairs of Jeans and couldn't find one that fit at various stores. The last store the salesperson said we have these Tommy Bahama Classis Steven's Park Jeans that I tried on 34-32 and they fit perfect except the waist was a little too small. So I ordered 2 pair online the 35-32 and they are the best jean I have ever owned. Not sure why the 34" waist was too tight. I wear 34" waist casul/dress pants.

Loved the jean, although material was a bit heavy for summer and tropical travel. Size ordered was a bit too large..
Not being sure if the jeans would shrink some when washed it was difficult to select the correct size. I will likely purchase Classic SP jean in the future but it is not what was needed at this time.

Satisfied in all respects.
This product is typically not stocked in the local stores. I think it should be. I prefer the all cotton and high rise, vs the blended lighter fabric. The high rise suits a more mature customer vs the new low rise trend. I like the dark wash for wear with a sport jacket and I press a crease in the legs for a business casual look. The lighter wash is great for more casual wear.

Wash them before you wear them
I purchased 38 X 34 inseam. I planned on taking them to the tailor to have them shortened by about one inch. I dedided to wash them first according to instructions on the tag and when they came out of the dryer they shrunk enough so no alterations were needed. If I had them tailored and then washed the jeans would have been too short. All things considered they fit and look great.

Nice Jeans but run an inch or two to short
The jeans are fine, however they run 1-2" shorter than previous jeans I've purchase from TB (38X34) . So, I'll probaby never wear them and I disgarded the return documentation. So, I not very satisified wth this purchase.
