2 parts Brugal Blanco™ Rum
1 part fresh lime juice
½ part simple syrup
½ part Luxardo® Maraschino Liqueur
Splash of fresh grapefruit juice

Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

Combine ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Set aside and cool.

Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel & rum-soaked cherry.
