Great burst of heat without all the salt! I used the Cajun blend to taste in my cold Langoustine salad over roasted garlic bread. I combined Langoustines with diced celery, onion, Mayonnaise and the Cajun blend. I made a homemade roasted garlic clove bread which I grilled and topped with the salad and sprinkled with the Cajun blend! This was our New Year appetizer. Yummy! January 2, 2013
