Pretty, but sheds These are beautiful mats but they shed and unravel easily. The mats were already shedding when they got to my house! Not sure how well they'll survive the trip to their new home... December 22, 2012
Poor quality The placemats are very cute and match my decor well, but the quality is substandard. They are thin and flimsy, and the edges were unravelling within a few days of receiving them. They also are impossible to clean. I should have known there was a reason a Tommy Bahama product was so inexpensive. November 19, 2012
Very Nice My wife and I bid on a Tommy Bahama gift pack at an auction and it included two of these place mats, which we thought were really cool. So, I purchased another 6 to make a "set" and we have used them several times. We use them on our outdoor dining table and they are clever, attractive and frankly pretty easy to clean (we seem to have a constant flow of 5 year old children dining at that table, so the inevitable catsup spil does occur). Highly recommend. Not terribly expensive for a very high quality. June 8, 2012
Not what I thought I returned these placemats. They are not washable. Who wants placemats that you cannot wash? They are pretty but one use with a family and you'd have to throw them away. Pretty expensive disposable placemats. Does not say in the description that they are not washable. June 8, 2012
