Tasty, tasty blends!
I have used these blends in conjunction with the cookbook and now I am branching out with my own recipes. I have made mesquite wings with great results. I coated them and baked at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. I served them with a blue cheese dressing, yummy!

Excellent Gourmet Spices!
These are my favorite new spice blends! So far I made Cajun Blue Cheese Burgers (having again for lunch today!), Jerk Chicken, and Grilled Mesquite Turkey. The smokey Jalapeno flavor in the Chipotle Blend is my favorite! I just saw a recipe contest using these spices on Tommy's FB page and I am eager to get started on experimenting and submitting a recipe for the prize!

Finally, there are rubs with less salt!
These blends rock! I love really spicy rubs but most of the ones available are way too salty. These blends have great flavor and just the right amount of heat!
