Love the chair, except... These chairs are so comfortable for the beach or concerts. However when carried by the handle located on the left arm, the cell/drink holder drags on the ground since it's on the right arm. It should be moved to the left arm. Otherwise I'm happy! May 20, 2013
best beach chair by far This is the third TB backpack chair for me. The important features are: that it reclines completely, it has a drink holder, and a neck pillow, and that it is lightweight. The most important feature for me is that it is an easy to carry backpack. I always have a chair, tote, cooler and towels to carry to the beach. With this chair, I can easily make it in one trip! Can't wait for summer!! My husband and I recently purchased 2 of these chairs to use this summer. We LOVE the color (we got the turquoise ones)!! As we live in Rhode Island, and we haven't had "beach weather" yet, and we liked them so much, we set them up on our front porch! We are "testing" them out before they hit the beach with us. Love the wider seats than the other beach chairs we had - and the little pillow is super comfy. We didn't notice the insulated zipper pocket on the back of the chair until we opened them - that will come in very handy for hot days!! We are looking forward to our first beach day!! My next purchase #probably will do right now# is going to be the matching umbrella. Thanks for a great product!! May 17, 2013
Best Beach/Concert Chair ever! For a few years we've watched others enjoy these chairs and finally decided to make the purchase ourselves. We love how comfortable they are, the pockets are fabulous and they are sturdy enough to last us for years to come. My husband is a big guy so lower quality chairs just don't hold up or aren't as comfortable. This is a good fit for his 6'4" frame and for me as well at 5'1". Great chair I purchased 2 of these chairs online from TB, and then saw Tommy Bahama chairs at Costco for half the price after they had shipped. I bought the Costco chairs thinking I would return the first 2. These "Deluxe"chairs are 2" wider than the Costco chairs and seemed more comfortable, so we returned the 2 from Costco. We brought them to the beach on vacation and never regretted the purchase. I love the high back and neck support. Well worth the extra money. May 3, 2013
Great Chair Beautiful Chair(comes in several colors, but we chose a turquoise), but more importantly, structurally sound. Weight limit is 300 lbs and I'm a 250-260 lb male, and have had no problems here.(others I looked at did not have a 300 lb capacity) The pillow is also quite comfortable. Chair has side pockets for your cell, lotion and other utilities and zipper-compartments for extra storage in the back of chair. The chair also has a support on the back if you wish to fully recline or lay on your stomach to catch sun on your back. The best recommendation is that if I need more chairs, I know where to find them..."Tommy Bahama". April 20, 2013
