YOUR SHOPPING BAG
Use the Shopping Bag to hold your selections while you shop the site. Add an item to your Shopping Bag by clicking the ADD TO BAG button on any product detail page. You can view the contents of your Shopping Bag anytime by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon at the top of the page.
Items remain in your Shopping Bag for the duration of your shopping session or until you remove or purchase them. If you have an account and are signed in, your items remain in the Shopping Bag for 14 days. If you are not signed in, items will be removed at the end of your shopping session. If an item sells out, it will be removed from the site and you will be notified to remove the item from your bag before checking out.
TommyBahama.com accepts several forms of payment:
Debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo
Tommy Bahama Gift Cards with a PIN
Virtual Gift Cards
Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on the shipping address. The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed.
Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and is approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. The following states will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WA.
UPDATING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order is submitted we are unable to make any changes to size, color or quantity. If you discover a need to change or update your order, please contact a Guest Services Specialist at 1.866.986.8282 for assistance.
Please have your order number ready when you call. For better service, you can print a copy of your order by clicking the PRINT THIS PAGE button at the top of your order confirmation.
Looking for a gift? Give a Tommy Bahama Gift Card! Available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 $100, $150, $200, $250, $500 and $1,000, Gift Cards can be redeemed at TommyBahama.com or in one of our U.S. Tommy Bahama Stores, Tommy Bahama Outlet stores or Tommy Bahama Restaurants. Gift Cards come packaged in an authentic Tommy Bahama envelope. Gift Cards are not redeemable at partner stores.
To purchase a Gift Card online, click on the Gift Cards link at the bottom of any page on TommyBahama.com. Gift Cards are reloadable at any U.S. Tommy Bahama Store or Tommy Bahama Restaurant. To check your balance, visit the Gift Cards page or contact Guest Services.
- Our beautifully packaged Gift Cards can be redeemed at www.TommyBahama.com, Tommy Bahama Stores and Restaurants and U.S. Tommy Bahama Outlet stores.
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash on demand (except as may be required by applicable state laws), and may not be used towards the purchase of additional Gift Cards.
- Any unused balance will remain on the card. There is no expiration date for Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged; however, any value remaining on a reportedly lost, stolen or damaged card may be voided and transferred to a new card by presenting original proof of purchase.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be applied when purchasing Gift Cards. If merchandise items are included in your order, the discount will only apply to the merchandise item(s).
- Sales tax will be applied where applicable.
- Gift Cards ship separately via FedEx and arrive ready to give.
- Gift Cards cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- When purchasing Gift Cards, $1,000 is the maximum amount per transaction.
- When purchasing Gift Cards over multiple transactions, $1,500 is the maximum amount in a 24 hour period, and $2,500 is the maximum amount in a 7-day period.
- For purchases of Gift Cards exceeding these amounts please call Guest Services to place your order.
When purchasing multiple Gift Cards for individual recipients, a personal message may be added to each card. In order to add a personal message, each Gift Card will need to be added separately to your Shopping Bag.
REDEEMING GIFT CARDS AND AWARD CARDS
Whether you have a physical Gift Card, a Virtual Gift Card or an Award Card, the process for redemption is the same.
At checkout, we ask for the PIN associated with your Gift Card; this ensures security when making a purchase. The PIN is the last 4 digits located on the upper-right-hand corner of the back of your Gift Card (for Virtual Gift Cards, the PIN is clearly labeled). Gift Cards purchased in the past without a PIN number cannot be used on TommyBahama.com; these cards are redeemable in Tommy Bahama Retail stores, Tommy Bahama Outlet stores or at Tommy Bahama Restaurants. We do not accept Gift Cards as payment on orders shipping to international destinations other than Canada.
If you're sending a Tommy Bahama item as a gift, let us add the finishing touches with our beautiful gift packaging - we can include up to 2 items in each of our signature handcrafted gift boxes ($5 each). Prices will be removed from the item's tag and packing slip.
Alternatively, you can include a personal greeting at no extra charge (no gift wrap or box). Your message will be printed on our island-inspired card stock. Prices will be removed from the packing slip, but will remain on the item's tag.
During checkout, you'll also have an option to remove the prices from your order's packing slip, even if you decided not to have your gifts wrapped. However, the price will remain on the item's tag; if you'd like the prices removed, select our premium gift-wrapping service.
Sorry, orders shipping outside the U.S. and Canada cannot be gift-wrapped or gift-boxed.
