Shipping Options & Rates

Canadian orders are shipped from Seattle, WA via Canada FedEx. We no longer charge duty for shipments to Canada; taxes will be determined in checkout. Due to certain regulations, not all products are available to ship to Canada. Refer to individual products for restrictions.

     Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be delivered within 5-8 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Due to the nature and size of products, your order may arrive in separate boxes. You will receive only one shipping charge; however, it will be divided between each shipment.

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Returns
Products purchased from TommyBahama.com and shipped to Canada must be returned using our Online Return Form. Orders cannot be returned at Tommy Bahama Retail Stores. Taxes will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sales Tax
For orders shipping to Canada, HST rates are set by each participating province and, as a GST/HST registrant, we charge the appropriate rate for the province of destination for each order or, where applicable, only federal GST. GST/HST is calculated on the product value plus shipping charge. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable tax for your order in checkout.

   Tommy Bahama no longer charges duty for orders shipping to Canada. 2. How will I know how much my order will cost?
   After you've added items to your shopping bag and clicked on the checkout button, we will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in US Dollars - including all shipping costs from our warehouse in the U.S. to your destination, and any applicable taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities.



3. Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
   No. You will be given a guaranteed order total. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.



4. I live in the United States. Can I ship an order to Canada but pay in U.S. Dollars (USD)?
   Yes. You can ship to Canada using a U.S. billing address and a U.S. credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).



5. Can I return product to a Tommy Bahama retail store in Canada?
   No. Orders shipped to Canada cannot be returned to Tommy Bahama Retail Stores.



6. How do I return a product shipped to Canada?
   Product purchased from tommybahama.com and shipped to Canada must be returned using our Online Return Form. Taxes will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.



7. How are Canadian Orders shipped?
   Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via FedEx.



8. When will my order arrive?
   Most in-stock items generally arrive within 5-8 business days after your order is received. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.



9. Is my order eligible for Free Shipping Offers?
   Orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for Free Shipping promotional offers.



10. Are there certain products that cannot ship to Canada?
    Yes, due to tax rates & export regulations some products are not able to be shipped to Canada. Examples include but are not limited to Children's clothing, children's footwear, printed books, tobacco goods, some food products, fragrance, oversized items and gift cards. Shipping Restrictions will appear on product pages and in the shopping bag.



11. Can I gift wrap my order shipping to Canada?
    No, orders shipping to Canada cannot be gift wrapped or gift boxed.
