Standard Ground Shipping - $8
All in stock items are delivered within 5-7 business days. Ground orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
Express 3-Day Shipping - $12
Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be shipped that day and will be delivered 3 business days later.
2-Day Shipping - $16
Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be shipped that day and will be delivered 2 business days later.
Next Day Shipping - $25
Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be delivered the next business day (weekdays only).
Next Day Saturday Shipping - $35
Orders places by 10am PT Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Placing your order on the weekend
If you've selected Standard Ground Shipping your order will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
If you've selected Express 3-Day Shipping your order will be delivered the following Thursday.
If you've selected 2-day Shipping your order will be delivered the following Wednesday.
If you've selected Next Day Shipping your order will be delivered the following Tuesday.
PO Boxes, APO Address and U.S. territories
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO Addresses or US territories.
We've partnered with world-wide shipping specialist Borderfree to make international shipping as easy as possible. Product prices are presented in the currency of your choice with all taxes, shipping costs and duties totaled at the time of your order.
We're excited to offer flat rate shipping to our international destinations via DHL Express or Yamato TA-Q-BIN for select locations. Pricing will be provided at check-out in your selected currency. Most items will be delivered within 4-14 business days after your order is received. You will be able to view a more specific shipping timeline during the checkout process.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Due to the nature and size of products, your order may arrive in separate boxes. You will receive only one shipping charge; however, it will be divided between each shipment.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to make any changes necessary for fit or preference. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Worn and washed product may be returned if damage is due to manufacture defect. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. Returns after 90 days of purchase will be reviewed and may be subject to a reduced refund. Note our facility is near Seattle, Washington so please allow for transit time from your location.
We offer free shipping on exchange orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please call Guest Services at 1-866-986-8282 for assistance. We will process your exchange order and send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the original item. We will need to charge you the purchase price for the exchange order, but once we receive your return we will credit you the cost of the original item. Not applicable on orders shipped to international destinations other than Canada.
U.S. and Canada Online Returns
Visit our Online Return Form. Returns are always free with our pre-paid shipping label on orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada. For gift returns and oversize items, please call Guest Services at 1-866-986-8282.
Once received at our facility, processing of your return and credit may take up to 5 to 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed. We cannot reimburse original shipping charges.

Returns to a Store
Items returned to our Tommy Bahama retail stores, excluding Outlets, must be accompanied by the original store receipt or on-line order confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original tender used. In case of gift returns, a merchandise credit will be issued. Orders shipped to Canada cannot be returned at Tommy Bahama Retail Stores. Please use the Online Return Form for orders that were shipped to Canada.
Orders Shipped to Canada
Products purchased from TommyBahama.com and shipped to Canada must be returned using our Online Return Form. Orders cannot be returned at Tommy Bahama Retail Stores. Taxes will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
Outlet Store Return/Exchange Policy
All sales at our Tommy Bahama outlet stores are final. Exchanges can be made at the Outlet stores within 7 days of original purchase excluding Women's swim styles. No refunds or store credits will be issued.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at internationalGS@tommybahama.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our world-wide shipping partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. You will still be responsible for any return shipping charges which can range from $25-$65.

Tracking the status of your order and reviewing your order history is easy at TommyBahama.com. Just Sign-In to Your Account and click on the order tracking link in your Order History or use your Shipping Order Confirmation email to locate the order tracking link.
Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on the SHIPPING address. The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed.
Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and is approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. The following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA or WA will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.
Tommy Bahama no longer charges duty for orders shipping to Canada. HST rates are set by each participating province and, as a GST/HST registrant, we charge the appropriate rate for the province of destination for each order or, where applicable, only federal GST. GST/HST is calculated on the product value plus shipping charge. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable tax for your order in checkout.
For orders shipping to other international destinations, duty, taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT) are all set by the destination country. These rates are determined by a combination of the merchandise country of origin and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. The total amount of these charges will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree during checkout.
