Most Jewelry Stores and Watch Specialty stores offer this service for a small fee for customers who do not want to mail their watch back for repairs.
-
How long does it take to get my watch repaired?
Watch repair time will vary depending on service needed. Most repairs take 2-3 weeks, including transit time, depending on the availability of parts and service requested.
-
How long should the battery in my watch last?
Although battery consumption can vary between models typical battery life is 2-3 years.
As stated consumption varies by style so for instance a chronograph movement that is engaged frequently will have a higher drain on a battery than a watch that does not offer this function.
-

All Tommy Bahama Swiss Collection watches are water-resistant to a minimum 165 feet unless otherwise indicated on either the dial or case back.
Tommy Bahama Relax Watches are water-resistant from 165 feet to 660 feet depending on model. Water-resistance can be found on either the dial or case back.

Can I wear my watch when swimming?
Please refer to below depth ratio chart, the watch must indicate the appropriate water, resistance in order to be suitable for swimming.
Please be advised the crown should not be pulled out when watch is wet or submerged in water. Also push buttons should never be operated under water.
It is also recommended that a watch that has been worn in salt water be rinsed with fresh water in order to avoid corrosion.
-

A chronograph is a timepiece with both timekeeping and stopwatch functions as well as other features such as a date.
Chronograph watches typically have two or three sub dials on the face of the watch and are controlled by push buttons located above and below the crown.
-
I am allergic to nickel, can I wear this watch?
Tommy Bahama Swiss Collection and Tommy Bahama Relax Watches are made from 100% solid stainless steel. Stainless Steel is the most durable material with which to construct a watch case and bracelet and is hypoallergenic.
-
Is my leather watch strap covered under warranty?
Watch straps are the part of a watch that are most exposed to the elements and are subject to different levels of care and use by consumers. As such they are not covered by a warranty.
To extend the life of a leather strap we recommend limiting its exposure to water. If the strap is wet it should be towel dried and left to air dry.
While we do carry replacement straps for some models, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement strap for a particular model.
-
How do I replace the leather strap on my watch?
Select replacement straps are available on TommyBahama.com
Replacement straps can also be ordered by contacting the Service Center at Geneva Watch Group.
