How do I check the status of my order?
To view the history or status of your orders with TommyBahama.com, just Sign-In to Your Account and click on the VIEW ALL button. The screen will display current orders and tracking information, as well as past order information. You can also click the Track Your Order link at the top of the page.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. For Canadian store locations, click here.
Do you ship internationally?
We've partnered with world-wide shipping specialist Borderfree to make international shipping easy as possible. Product prices are presented in the currency of your choice with all taxes, shipping costs and duties totaled at the time of your order. We're excited to offer flat rate shipping to our international destinations via DHL Express or Yamato TA-Q-BIN for select locations. Pricing will be provided at check-out in your selected currency. Most items will be delivered within 4-14 business days after your order is received. For International store locations, click here.
How are duty and tax calculated on orders shipping internationally?
For orders shipping to Canada, duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the Canadian customs authority and is based on a combination of the country of origin of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by Canada. HST rates are set by each participating province and, as a GST/HST registrant, we charge the appropriate rate for the province of destination for each order or, where applicable, only federal GST. GST/HST is calculated on the product value plus duty amount plus shipping charge. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax for your order in checkout.
For orders shipping to other international destinations, duty, taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT) are all set by the destination country. These rates are determined by a combination of the merchandise country of origin and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. The total amount of these charges will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree during checkout.
Are there certain products that cannot be shipped internationally?
Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for international shipping. These items will be restricted from your shopping cart. Product restrictions may include, but are not limited to beverages, fragrances, perfumes, colognes, after shave, and perishable items. In addition, we cannot ship a single order in excess of $10,000 or items over 100lbs. Gift wrap, Gift Cards or Gift Notes are not available for international shipments.

I'm sending a gift. Can it be wrapped?
Yes, we can include up to two items in each of our signature handcrafted gift boxes ($5 each) and we'll keep prices off the packing slip. These award-winning gift boxes are ONLY available at TommyBahama.com. Large items that don't fit in a box are hand wrapped and tied with ribbon. To complete the gift experience, you can include a personalized greeting that's printed on our exclusive island-inspired card stock. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada or International destinations cannot be gift wrapped or gift boxed.

How do I exchange an item I ordered on TommyBahama.com?
To exchange an item, you first need to return the original item and place a new order for the exchange. If you prefer to call us at 1-866-986-8282 we will assist you with this process.

What is the difference between Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards?
Traditional Gift Cards range from $25-$1,000 (U.S. currency only) and are delivered in a gift-ready envelope by mail with FREE shipping. Gift Cards can be redeemed online, in our U.S. Stores, Restaurants and Outlets. Virtual Gift Cards are delivered via email, usually within 24 hours. Virtual Gift Cards range from $25-$1,000 (U.S. currency only) and can be redeemed online, in our U.S. stores, restaurants and outlets.
Can Gift Cards be shipped to Canada or International destinations?
Traditional Gift Cards cannot be shipped to Canada or International destinations. However, Virtual Gift Cards can be sent to any email address and can be redeemed at TommyBahama.com and the order can be shipped to Canada.
How did TB get involved with MLB?
The great George Steinbrenner himself asked TB to put a rum bar in the new Yankee Stadium. Then the Yankee team store wanted our product to be logo'd and sold at the stadium. Ultimately MLB decided to grant TB a licensing agreement to produce high quality MLB team products, such as our Collector's shirts.
How are the teams chosen each season?
Several criteria are judged: team standings and popularity are big factors, but also teams that have a milestone season, such as Fenway Park's 100th year anniversary in 2012. That will make a great collector's shirt!
When is the next series available?
The Collectors Series is always launched the last week of March. Spring training merchandise will be available in February.
What about a World Series Champ shirt?
If the winning team is already on our roster for 2012, the words "2012 World Champions" will be added to the existing artwork. If the winning team was not on our roster, we will produce a special shirt for them for delivery around Father's Day.
