How can I check the status of my order?
To view your orders on TommyBahama.com, just Sign-In to Your Account and click on the View All button. The screen will show your current orders and tracking information, as well as past order information. You can also click the Track Your Order link at the top of the page.
Can I make a change to an order I just placed?
Sorry, once an order has been submitted we can't make any changes to it online. Contact us at 866.986.8282 and we'll be happy to help you start the return process.
Can my order be giftwrapped?
Yes! Well, mostly yes. In the U.S., we can include up to two items in each of our signature handcrafted gift boxes ($5 each). These gift boxes are only available at TommyBahama.com. Large items that don't fit in a box will be hand-wrapped and tied with ribbon. To complete the gift, you can include a personalized greeting printed on our exclusive island-inspired card stock. We'll also keep the prices off the packing slip. Sadly, orders shipping to Canada or international destinations can't be gift wrapped or gift boxed.
What's the difference between Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards?
It's all in the delivery. Traditional Gift Cards come in a gift-ready envelope by mail with free shipping. Virtual Gift Cards are delivered via email, usually within 24 hours. But both types of cards range from $25 to $1,000 in U.S. currency, and both are accepted in our U.S. stores, restaurants and outlets.
Can Gift Cards be shipped to Canada or international destinations?
No and yes. Traditional Gift Cards can't be shipped to Canada or international destinations. However, Virtual Gift Cards can be sent to any email address and redeemed at TommyBahama.com for items that can be shipped to destinations in the U.S. and Canada.
How do I use my Gift Card or Award Card on TommyBahama.com?
Whether you have a physical Gift Card, a Virtual Gift Card or an Award Card, the process for redemption is the same.
At checkout, we ask for the PIN associated with your Gift Card; this ensures security when making a purchase. The PIN is the last 4 digits located on the upper-right-hand corner of the back of your Gift Card (for Virtual Gift Cards, the PIN is clearly labeled). Gift Cards purchased in the past without a PIN number cannot be used on TommyBahama.com; these cards are redeemable in Tommy Bahama Retail stores, Tommy Bahama Outlet stores or at Tommy Bahama Restaurants. We do not accept Gift Cards as payment on orders shipping to international destinations other than Canada.

If I made a purchase in one of your stores, can I return it online?
Sorry, no. At this time, all purchases made in store have to be returned to a Tommy Bahama store and not at TommyBahama.com.
How do I exchange an item I ordered on TommyBahama.com?
To exchange an item, you first need to return the original item and place a new order for the exchange. If you prefer to call us at 1-866-986-8282 we will assist you with this process.

How did Tommy Bahama get involved with Major League Baseball?
The great George Steinbrenner himself asked Tommy Bahama to put a rum bar in Yankee Stadium. Then the Yankees team store wanted to sell our clothes in the stadium. Eventually, the MLB decided to grant us a licensing agreement to produce high-quality MLB team products, like our Collector's shirts.
How are the teams chosen each season?
We consider a lot of factors. Team standings and popularity are big ones, of course, but we also look at teams approaching a milestone season. Like Fenway Park's 100th year anniversary in 2012 - that made for a great Collector's shirt!
When is the next series available?
The Collector's Series is always launched the last week of March. Spring training merchandise will be available in February.
What about a World Series Champ shirt?
If the winning team is already on our roster for 2013, the words "2013 World Champions" will be added to the existing artwork. If the winning team was not on our roster, we will produce a special shirt for them for delivery around Father's Day.
