SHIPPING INFORMATION
  1. How do I check the status of my order?
    To view the history or status of your orders with TommyBahama.com, just Sign-In to Your Account and click on the VIEW ALL button. The screen will display current orders and tracking information, as well as past order information. You can also click the Track Your Order link at the top of the page.
  2. Do you ship to Canada?
    Yes. Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. For Canadian store locations, click here.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    We've partnered with world-wide shipping specialist FiftyOne to make international shipping easy as possible. Product prices are presented in the currency of your choice with all taxes, shipping costs and duties totaled at the time of your order. We're excited to offer flat rate shipping to our international destinations via DHL Express. Pricing will be provided at check-out in your selected currency. Most items will be delivered within 4-14 business days after your order is received. For International store locations, click here.
  4. How are duty and tax calculated on orders shipping internationally?
    For orders shipping to Canada, duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the Canadian customs authority and is based on a combination of the country of origin of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by Canada. HST rates are set by each participating province and, as a GST/HST registrant, we charge the appropriate rate for the province of destination for each order or, where applicable, only federal GST. GST/HST is calculated on the product value plus duty amount plus shipping charge. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax for your order in checkout.

    For orders shipping to other international destinations, duty, taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT) are all set by the destination country. These rates are determined by a combination of the merchandise country of origin and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. The total amount of these charges will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by FiftyOne during checkout.
  5. Are there certain products that cannot be shipped internationally?
    Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for international shipping. These items will be restricted from your shopping cart. Product restrictions may include, but are not limited to beverages, fragrances, perfumes, colognes, after shave, and perishable items. In addition, we cannot ship a single order in excess of $2500 or items over 100lbs. Gift wrap, Gift Cards or Gift Notes are not available for international shipments.

    Yes, we can include up to two items in each of our signature handcrafted gift boxes ($6 each) and we'll keep prices off the packing slip. These award-winning gift boxes are ONLY available at TommyBahama.com. Large items that don't fit in a box are hand wrapped and tied with ribbon. To complete the gift experience, you can include a personalized greeting that's printed on our exclusive island-inspired card stock. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada or International destinations cannot be gift wrapped or gift boxed.

  6. What is the difference between Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards?
    Traditional Gift Cards range from $25-$1,000 (U.S. currency only) and are delivered in a gift-ready envelope by mail with FREE shipping. Gift Cards can be redeemed online, in our U.S. Stores, Restaurants and Outlets. Virtual Gift Cards are delivered via email, usually within 24 hours. Virtual Gift Cards range from $25-$1,000 (U.S. currency only) and can be redeemed online, in our U.S. stores, restaurants and outlets.
  7. Can Gift Cards be shipped to Canada or International destinations?
    Traditional Gift Cards cannot be shipped to Canada or International destinations. However, Virtual Gift Cards can be sent to any email address and can be redeemed at TommyBahama.com and the order can be shipped to Canada.
MLB® PRODUCTS
  1. How did TB get involved with MLB?
    The great George Steinbrenner himself asked TB to put a rum bar in the new Yankee Stadium. Then the Yankee team store wanted our product to be logo'd and sold at the stadium. Ultimately MLB decided to grant TB a licensing agreement to produce high quality MLB team products, such as our Collector's shirts.
  2. How are the teams chosen each season?
    Several criteria are judged: team standings and popularity are big factors, but also teams that have a milestone season, such as Fenway Park's 100th year anniversary in 2012. That will make a great collector's shirt!
  3. When is the next series available?
    The Collectors Series is always launched the last week of March. Spring training merchandise will be available in February.
  4. What about a World Series Camp shirt?
    If the winning team is already on our roster for 2012, the words "2011 World Champions" will be added to the existing artwork. If the winning team was not on our roster, we will produce a special shirt for them for delivery around Father's Day.

How to Use Your Shopping Bag
Use the Shopping Bag to hold your selections while you shop the site. Add an item to your Shopping Bag by clicking the ADD TO BAG button on any product detail page. You can view the contents of your Shopping Bag anytime by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon at the top of the page.

Items remain in your Shopping Bag for the duration of your shopping session or until you remove or purchase them. If you have an account and are signed in, your items remain in the Shopping Bag for 14 days. If you are not signed in, items will be removed at the end of your shopping session. If an item sells out, it will be removed from the site and you will be notified to remove the item from your bag before checking out.

Placing your order on TommyBahama.com is easy. Once you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button below the subtotal of the order in the Shopping Bag. If you previously created an account, you can sign in to take advantage of faster checkout.

Our Easy Checkout process:

For more information, see our Privacy Policy. For added security, your billing address at TommyBahama.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company.

Please note that when you enter your credit card number online, it transmits immediately to your bank for verification. This transmission shows on your account as an "authorization" for $1. Then, when you submit your completed order, your bank authorizes your card for the entire order amount. We do not charge your credit card until the order actually ships out. At that time (or even before) the $1 authorization falls off your account and you are only charged for the merchandise that has shipped.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is added to orders shipping to states where Tommy Bahama has a retail store, restaurant or outlet location. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed.

Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines. The following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, SC, TX, UT, VA or WA will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.

Express 3-Day Shipping - $12
     Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be shipped that day and will be delivered 3 business days later.

2-Day Shipping - $16
     Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be shipped that day and will be delivered 2 business days later.

Next Day Shipping - $25
     Orders placed by 10am PT Monday through Friday will be delivered the next business day (weekdays only).

Next Day Saturday Shipping - $35

Due to the nature and size of products, your order may arrive in separate boxes. You will receive only one shipping charge; however, it will be divided between each shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to make any changes necessary for fit or preference. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Worn and washed product may be returned if damage is due to manufacture defect. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. Returns after 90 days of purchase will be reviewed and may be subject to a reduced refund. Note our facility is near Seattle, Washington so please allow for transit time from your location.

Easy Exchanges
We offer free shipping on exchange orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please call Guest Services at 1-866-986-8282 for assistance. We will process your exchange order and send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the original item. We will need to charge you the purchase price for the exchange order, but once we receive your return we will credit you the cost of the original item. Not applicable on orders shipped to international destinations other than Canada.

U.S. and Canada Online Returns
Visit our Online Return Form. Returns are always free with our pre-paid shipping label on orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada. For gift returns and oversize items, please call Guest Services at 1-866-986-8282.

Once received at our facility, processing of your return and credit may take up to 5 to 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed. We cannot reimburse original shipping charges.

Returns to a Store
Items returned to our Tommy Bahama retail stores, excluding Outlets, must be accompanied by the original store receipt or on-line order confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original tender used. In case of gift returns, a merchandise credit will be issued. Orders shipped to Canada cannot be returned at Tommy Bahama Retail Stores. Please use the Online Return Form for orders that were shipped to Canada.

Orders Shipped to Canada
Products purchased from TommyBahama.com and shipped to Canada must be returned using our Online Return Form. Orders cannot be returned at Tommy Bahama Retail Stores. Duty and taxes will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Outlet Store Return/Exchange Policy
All sales at our Tommy Bahama outlet stores are final. Exchanges can be made at the Outlet stores within 7 days of original purchase excluding Women's swim styles. No refunds or store credits will be issued.

International Orders
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at internationalGS@tommybahama.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our world-wide shipping partner FiftyOne in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. You will still be responsible for any return shipping charges which can range from $25-$65.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on the SHIPPING address. The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed.

Canadian orders are shipped from Seattle, WA via Canada FedEx. Duties and taxes will be determined in checkout. Due to certain regulations, not all products are available to ship to Canada. Refer to individual products for restrictions.

  12. What is the return/exchange policy for international orders? All international orders must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Tommy Bahama Guest Services. Returns cannot be accepted in any of our retail stores. Returns will be credited by FiftyOne in the original currency used for purchase and include duty, tax and tariffs. Shipping charges are not refundable. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
  13. How do I return a product? Tommy Bahama accepts returns of product within 90 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at internationalGS@tommybahama.com and include your original order number and item(s) to be returned. You will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  14. Can I return a gift order? Yes. Please contact us at internationalGS@tommybahama.com for specific instructions for returning the gift item. The return amount will be credited back to the original purchasing credit card.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at internationalGS@tommybahama.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our world-wide shipping partner FiftyOne in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. You will still be responsible for any return shipping charges which can range from $25-$65.
PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS
Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for international shipping. These items will be restricted from your shopping cart. Product restrictions may include, but are not limited to beverages, fragrances, perfumes, colognes, after shave, and perishable items. Watch Repair & Service
Does your watch need attention? Get started with the following information.

Most of the timepieces are covered by a limited warranty, excluding normal wear and tear or abuse, batteries, crystals, plating, and straps. Movements are 100% covered and will be repaired/replaced at no charge. You must fill out the Watch Return Form. Please note that this form may also be used in ordering replacement parts. (IMPORTANT: Do NOT send in your watch with the form when ordering replacement parts only.)

If you are returning your watch to be repaired, securely pack your watch and send it via insured mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express to the address indicated on the repair form below. Please ensure to include the filled out repair form should we have any questions regarding your repair. Make sure you completely fill out your form so that we can better assist your needs.

Your watch will be returned in approximately 2-3 weeks via Federal Express ground transportation. If the return address is a post office box or international destination, your watch will be returned via insured mail through the US Postal Service.

GUIDELINES FOR TOMMY BAHAMA FINGER RELEASE WATCH STRAPS

Selected Tommy Bahama leather straps are fitted with a finger release spring bar. This unique feature allows you to replace your existing Tommy Bahama strap with a new strap without the use of tools.

TO RELEASE
  • Slide the finger release button toward the center of the strap. (fig. 2)
  • Remove strap.
TO INSERT
  • Place the left side of the spring bar into the hole on the case. (fig.1)
  • Slide the finger release button toward the center of the strap. (fig. 2)

Furniture & Bicycle Warranty
  • All weather resin and loom furnishings are warranted for three years from date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Cast and extruded aluminum furnishings are warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship for five years from date of purchase on the finish.
  • Mosaic marble tabletops are warranted for two years from date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty excludes resealing, if necessary.
  • Cushions are warranted against seam separation, fabric slippage, flaws and dye lot variations at time of delivery only.
Tommy Bahama Electric Bike
All Tommy Bahama Electric Bike purchases are warranted for one year from date of purchase.

Ceiling Fans
Ceiling fans are covered by a limited warranty. The motor is covered for the life of the fan; all other components and accessories are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase.

In 1992, Tony Margolis, Bob Emfield and Lucio Dalla Gasperina pooled all of their talents and launched their first collection of Tommy Bahama Menswear. The principals behind Tommy Bahama are committed to extending the relaxed, positive vibe of the brand into philanthropic efforts. The company's participation in the Garden of Hope and Courage is an example of this commitment.

The wife of one of the founders of Tommy Bahama, Janet Emfield, battled breast cancer. During her struggle, she envisioned a peaceful garden in the midst of a sterile hospital setting. It would offer a setting of tranquility and solace for cancer patients, their families and health care providers. As an avid gardener, Emfield recognized the physical and psychological healing benefits that a natural garden setting could provide.

The Garden of Hope and Courage is dedicated to bringing the healing power of gardens to hospitals across the country. The organization has several goals in addition to paying tribute to those who have fought against breast cancer: to increase public awareness of the disease, to provide current information about early detection and treatment, and to raise money for breast cancer research. For all those who seek a place of sanctuary, a place of quiet, a place of beauty and of life, there is the Garden of Hope and Courage. Inspired by the great courage of women faced with breast cancer, as well as all who have been touched by cancer; and in memory of sons, daughters, husbands, and dear friends, the garden serves as a living testament to courage, compassion, hope and love.
