This IS a review! I'm 74" tall, 52" chest, 19.5" neck, 36" sleeve and a 51" waist. #it's all out front in the belly!# Checked reviews to help decide between 3X or 4X, BG or TL as I always have problems with this type shirt at other retailers. No help. Sizing chart conflicted with my chest and waist size, suggested a 2XxBG or a 3XxBG. Decided to purchase the 3XxBG in Wild Geranium. Can exchange it, right. The shirt fits PERFECTLY! Fits the shoulders PERFECTLY! It hangs PERFECTLY! The length is PERFECT! The color is awesome! Would recommend #with my body type# to use the waist size in the sizing chart as a 52" chest suggested a 2XxBG and would have been too tight through the stomach. Purchased specifically for son's beach wedding in June. Will be back for more TB camp shirts! May 4, 2013

Few TB options for tall, thin guys I used to LOVE Tommy Bahama XL camp shirts. Then, I lost about 20 pounds and got in better shape. Then, my shirts were too big. Now, the size L camp shirts fit my body but are 2-3 inches too short. (I'm 6'2".) Unfortunately, the LxTL is NOT equiavalent to a slightly longer version of a standard L. It's more like an XL. So, tall thin guys are basically out of luck. Oddly, I have some older (pre-2007) size L camp shirts, and they are longer than the current crop of size L. So, I guess I will wear those until they become unsightly. Bummer. Wish TB had a "custom" option like Allen Edmonds. January 12, 2013
