EXCELLENT UNDERSEAT CARRY ON LUGGAGE I purchased this as an underseat carry on piece and was very happy with it's quality and weight. If filled to capacity it may not quite fit under a seat, but anything less than full will allow an average person to still have room for their legs to fit under the seat also. December 28, 2012
